US Shipping Policy

Most in stock items are sent the same or next business day!  We stock over 1000 Sylvie Monthulé and Rimba items. However, with so many products to offer, there are times when an item is in transit from Europe in our weekly shipments.

Before you order, please note if an item is available or not.  If an item has different size and color options, be sure to click on “Display Inventory Status” to be sure your item is in stock.

Is the current catalog item you want not in stock? Don’t worry!  With our 110% delivery guaranty, and UPS or USPS delivery service, we’ll get it there on time or we’ll gladly accept your return and refund you 110% of the price you paid, plus prorated shipping charged for that item.

The rules are simple:
1.) The item must be in the current Rimba catalogs.  For Sylvie Monthulé jewelry, it must be listed on our site without the notation “not regularly stocked.”
2.) Live in the 48 Contiguous United States.
3.) Place your order by 8 PM CST on your order date.
4.) We will ship any item not in stock 14 days after your order date or less.
5.) You choose your delivery, Next Day, 2nd Day, or normal ground service to arrive as necessary.
